Join Chef Brian Huskey of Tackle Box as he takes part in this year’s Pacific Wine & Food Classic at the Newport Dunes Waterfront Resort! Guests are invited to enjoy a beautiful, waterfront view as Chef Huskey along with some of Orange County’s most talented chefs serve up vibrant summer-inspired cuisine. Chef Huskey will be in attendance both days of the event on Saturday, August 17 and Sunday, August 18 where he’ll be preparing his Elote with chicharron. While enjoying Chef Huskey’s tasty creation, guests may choose from a wide array of beer, wine, and craft cocktails to sip on and will listen to the cool summer tunes of DJ Mark Moreno.
