Join Kacie Hill, (owner of Flora Fauna Wellness), and Darren Obong, (sound alchemist, meditation and yoga teacher), as they guide you through an intimate journey which will provide you with deep healing and transformative release.
 

This ceremony will help you connect and bring more awareness to your body so that you may move through energetic and emotional blockages that may or may not be present.

As we move through life experiences that are intense or stressful, different aspects of ourselves shut down in order to keep ourselves “safe”. In this process the soul fragments from itself and gets pushed down into the energy field.

These aspects of ourselves that have been locked away can manifest as emotional, physical, and energetic blockages. This ceremony will help you reclaim these aspects of yourself and find a deeper sense of ease in your body and mind so that you are better able to enjoy the beauty of your life.

• Acupuncture Treatment
• Guided Meditation
• Crystal Alchemy Sound Bath

Acupuncture treatments are relatively painless. Some areas such as the hands or feet can be more sensitive, however they also tend to be very energetically powerful. If there are any intense sensations, they generally go away within a few seconds and you will feel a calming, relaxing feeling throughout your body.
